Welcome to MyBookingPro. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before subscribing to our service.
1. Description of Service
MyBookingPro provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) online booking platform that allows small businesses to run their own booking website. The service includes web hosting, database storage, brand theme customization, calendar scheduling controls, and optional custom domain support.
2. Subscription Billing & Fees
- Introductory Offer: We charge a £3.00 setup fee upfront at checkout. This setup fee includes platform access for your first three (3) months.
- Standard Billing: Starting in your fourth (4th) month, your subscription will automatically renew at our standard rate of £10.00 per month, billed monthly to your payment card on file.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing in the future. You will be notified in writing at least 30 days prior to any rate changes.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, simply log into your business dashboard, navigate to "Subscription & Billing" and access the self-service Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, your site will remain active until the end of your prepaid billing period, after which access will be suspended and your booking site deactivated.
4. Account Provisioning & Domain Setup
Upon successful payment confirmation from Stripe, our systems immediately begin automated setup of your database, file structures, and subdomains. If you configure a custom domain name, you are responsible for updating your DNS records (setting the A Record to point to the server IP) at your own registrar to establish connection.
5. Content & Use Restrictions
You agree not to use the service for any illegal activity, distributing malware, conducting fraudulent transactions, or publishing defamatory content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
MyBookingPro is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. In no event shall MyBookingPro be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
