At MyBookingPro, we want you to be completely satisfied with our platform. Because we offer a low-cost introductory trial and instant automated provisioning of resources, we maintain the following refund policy:
1. Trial Offer & Setup Fee
We charge a £3.00 setup and activation fee upfront, which grants full platform access for your first three (3) months. Because server space, database creation, and subdomains are provisioned immediately upon receipt of this payment, the £3.00 setup fee is strictly non-refundable.
2. Monthly Subscription Fees
Starting in month 4, your subscription renews automatically at £10.00/month. Subscription renewals are non-refundable. If you wish to stop your subscription, you must cancel before your next billing date. Upon cancellation, your site remains active for the remainder of your paid billing cycle, and no further payments will be processed.
3. Cancel Anytime
There are no contracts or long-term commitments. You can cancel your subscription at any time with a single click in your billing settings. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time during the billing cycle.
4. Billing Errors & Exceptions
We will happily investigate and issue refunds in the following scenarios:
- Duplicate charges caused by billing system errors.
- Failure of our automated system to provision your website within 24 hours of checkout (and where our support team is unable to resolve the issue).
